Downloadable Products do not have Shipping Charges.

Be sure to select Download Only when placing orders that contain ONLY downloadable products.

If you have mistakenly selected Download Only when you have products that must be shipped, you will be contacted concerning this problem.

Should you make a mistake we will correct the charges when processing your order.

NOTE: We do not accept returns on opened software, downloadable software or downloadable books.

Refunds will be made on any product returned within 14 days, less shipping and handling charges.

After 14 days, all refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, less shipping and handling charges.

Refunds are made by Bank Check, regardless of method of payment used, and will be issued within 14 days of reciept of returned product. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA #.
